The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from shops, restaurants, bars, the beach, and shopping malls. the room was relatively quiet and equipped with a TV, tea, coffee, and an electric kettle.

The location was excellent: shopping malls and a market were within walking distance. Tidy rooms were new-fashioned on higher floors.

I booked this hotel for two nights but I only stayed one night and checked out to find a better hotel. One word this hotel is rubbish

I didn't like anything, it was the worst hotel I ever booked !!

The rooms smell bad, small & very bad sheets& covers, very un-clean & it was my worst booking in my life ! I changed my room but still It was the same !! Ne elevators, Bad air-conditioning, not tidy rooms .. I don't suggest anybody stays here !!! Many other hotels in the same price are more worthy to stay in !!!

The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for seniors like myself. The decoration was charming, with cozy seating areas and beautiful artworks. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize. I particularly appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with ramps and elevators available for easy movement.

I would have preferred if the staff paid more attention to the needs of senior guests. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit preoccupied and could have been more attentive to the unique requirements of older individuals.

Location was excellent and the staff was very friendly, considering breakfast included and very guest friendly (great security, no extra charge) this is a basic hotel that offers great value in the heart of pattaya.

This place offers newly renovated and clean rooms on higher floors, with a fantastic location near the beach and walking streets, making it convenient, central, and they allow early check-in.

The place was impeccably clean with an understanding staff. Variety of goodies for breakfast. - Great and perfect location to most Large Shopping Malls. - So close to the beach, to the mall, and the bars. - the hotel of choice in Pattaya.

The Sawasdee Sunshine Hotel was a delightful place to stay during my visit to Pattaya. The hotel's decoration had a charming and elegant touch, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate comfortably. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore the city and enjoy the nearby attractions.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is that the staff could be more attentive and considerate. It would have been wonderful if they could have provided extra assistance or special services tailored to the needs of senior guests.
